The Valencian we are lucky to have l’horta, which supplies us with fresh, seasonal food, with a huge variety of vegetables.
In this workshop we will know what these vegetables, their nutritional and healthy and will finish in the best way: with a tasting of freshly harvested organic vegetables.
It seeks to highlight the benefits of a balanced diet and quality, and to disseminate the key role that agriculture plays in social and environmental balance of the rural areas. Talk about concepts such as the consumption of seasonal and organic farming proximity or related to the reality closer to the people involved.
