Horchata is a vegetable, refreshing, natural, healthy and very tasty drink that drive crazy valencian people. Come with us to discover the secrets of our most popular drink, the horchata made with tiger nut from la huerta of Valencia.

This route includes:

– Visit the tiger nut fields in the planting season, April to December.
– Tasting of an artisan horchata and farton per person.
– Visit to the building to dry the tiger nuts and to the harvesting machinery.
– Workshop to learn how to make horchata at home.
