In this experience you willl know the history and customs of the Valencian cuisine, what we like to eat, how we do it and with whom, and how food becomes the center of all our meetings.
Let’s get lost in the historic center of Valencia where we will visit the cathedral of the gastronomy, our spectacular Central Market, the largest center of Europe specialist in fresh produce.
You will also taste some of our typical products. We will make small tastings during the tour and we will visit a shop of organic products, winner of the best selling point bio of Spain.
And finally, you can enjoy a tasting of two excellent Valencian wines in a very special place: a tasting room located on an old cellar of the thirteenth century, in the heart of the city.
