Extra virgin olive oil  tour

The extra virgin olive oil is undoubtedly one of the mainstays of the Mediterranean diet, high quality food with healthy and great antioxidant properties.

On this route we will visit olive groves to know its culture with the farmer that works with them. We will continue with the visit to the oil factory to see the production process and we will end with a tasting of oils from different varieties that the factory sells.

A  small bottle of extra virgin olive oil gift is included.

To accompany the oil tour we have 3 options:

1 – Sport Option: A walking trail around Moixent. 8 kilometers. Approximately 2 hours. We will see dry stone constructions, oak trees and a lagoon. Medium-low difficulty.

2 – Oenological Option: Visit a winery that produces interesting wines with local varieties. With wine tasting.

3 – Cultural Option: Guided tour by the Iberian settlement of La Bastida de les Alcusses, S. IV. C.

To complete the day in the area there is a lot of dining options in restaurants to discover the local cuisine.

Season: All year. From november to january we can see the production.
