From Horta Viva we have prepared a original routes for the week from 5 to December 11, Here you are:
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6 – ROCA GARDEN’S AND HIS CRAFT BETHLEHEM
– We will make a route through the garden district of Roca (Meliana) where we see among other things the traditional houses and a natural water birth in the middle of the garden.
– Visit the Roca Bethlehem, a nativity scene with nearly 20 year history. 50 square meters with parts in mostly handmade by artisans volunteers.
– Who want it will stay for breakfast in the restaurant Can Xoret for 5€.
Where? From the train station Roca-Cuiper.
When? From 09:30 h to 12:30 h.
How much? Without breakfast 6€ – 11€ with breakfast.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8 – TRADITIONAL CROP TIGERNUT
– We will make a route through the Garden of Almàssera and visit our organic garden, the Garden of Perot.
– In the garden we will take our ridge of groundnuts in the traditional manner, separating the land of tiger nuts in a sieve. Then We will wash it into the “acequia”. We will have horchata and whoever can take home tigernuts.
Where? From the metro station Almàssera. L3
When? From 10:00 h to 13:00 h.
How much? € 8.
SUNDAY DECEMBER 11 – LEARNING IN THE ORGANIC GARDEN
– We will make a route through the Garden of Almàssera and visit our organic garden, the Garden of Perot.
– In the Garden will explain all the work we do, the tools we use and I will get to work: a harvest, planting, clear, remove weeds… You can take home vegetables from the garden of which you had recollected.
– Route specially designed for families with children.
Where? From the metro station Almàssera.
When? From 10:00 h to 13:00 h.
How much? € 8 adults. € 4 children (one per adult).
IF YOU HAVE A GROUP OF MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE YOU CAN DO THE TOURS OF ROCA AND TEACHING THE DAY THAT YOU WISH.
